A really beautiful shots inspired by circus fashion. Taken for Plastic Dreams magazine by Sandrine Dulermo and Michael Labica. The magazine itself is owned by PVC shoe company Melissa. You can read it here (if you speak Portuguese!) and check out Melissa official website here. They have a huge range of 'eco' plastic footwear (can anything made of plastic be ecological?? I don't believe it!) and already collaborated with Alexander Herchcovitch, furniture designers the Campana Brothers, British stylists J. Maskrey and Judy Blame, fashion designer Vivienne Westwood, Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid and of course Jean Paul Gaultier.
I don't like the shoes. I think they look cheap and tacky. This company uses word 'ECO' for something what cannot be eco. Eco plastic? Not possible! Hopefully they don't play the leading role here.
And here's a video how they made it:
Does anyone know what's the music in this video?
